Bhanu Potta is a Board Director & Advisor, Global Product Leader, Entrepreneur and Development Enthusiast. He is passionate about building Products and Businesses that enhance human endeavour.
In a career spanning 20 years at multi-national like Microsoft, Worldreader, Nokia, Perot Systems, Informatics Group and NIIT, Bhanu set up and successfully led Global Product Programs that garnered hundreds of millions of customers.
Since 2014, Bhanu has been nurturing Product Leadership capacities across industry sectors. Sharing his time between India, Europe and USA, Bhanu advises boards, CXOs, enterprise leaders, investors and startup founders on building successful product businesses. As an Venture Builder & Advisor, Bhanu helped Startups in USA, Europe and India journey from Idea to Market to Series A.
Bhanu is frequently invited to keynote at conferences. He is a sought after Counsel, Mentor & Professor of Practice on Product Leadership and Strategy.

Arjun Thomas is an accomplished Product Strategist, Entrepreneur & Advisor with a deep understanding of what it takes to move a product concept from the market analysis stage through to the growth stage.
As a Product Leader in companies like Nokia, Dell, Perot Systems and Mphasis he has done pioneering work with the Conception, Creation, Management and Growth of Global Product Platforms both in the Web and Mobile space.
He has built highly successful products that cut across verticals like Healthcare and Education, growing their user bases to an excess of 150 million in the Developed and Emerging Markets. While simultaneously working on innovative revenue models to run businesses profitably within a complex partner ecosystem.
Arjun has spent the last 2 years working with Startups (both Local & Global), Education Institutions, Industry Bodies and Individuals furthering the cause of Product Management & Strategy as an Advisor, Professor of Practice, Speaker and Mentor.
